Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all HIYA tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
